The province of Unaizah is one of the oldest areas at the level of the Qassim region and is characterized by abundant water and clear soil, which is a kindergarten for orchards and farms, and it is also an area with an average height above sea level, and the height in some areas reaches about 700 meters, and it has slopes from the north and northeast sides close to the course of Wadi Al-Rumma, which is the lowest of all areas of Unaizah.
It is possible to divide Unaizah into many areas, the most important of which are the sandy areas located in the north, south and west, as well as the eastern Jal located east of the city, in addition to the course of Wadi Al-Rumma, located in the west to the north.
The population according to estimates in 2010 is about 163 thousand and 729 people, and they are all adherents to the Islamic religion and from the Sunni sect according to the doctrine of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, and the city is famous for the presence of many scholars and students of knowledge and the majority of Salafists of faith.
